Licensing Agreement

This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of digital products provided by Vectinger through https://vectinger.com.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, installing, modifying, or using any product provided by Vectinger, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement should be read together with the Vectinger Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, all of which govern your use of Vectinger and its products.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Vectinger grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased products as permitted under this Agreement.

Purchasing or downloading a product grants you a license to use the product. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights.

All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by Vectinger.

2. Permitted Uses

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, you may:

Use products in personal projects.
Use products in commercial projects.
Use products for client projects.
Modify, customize, and adapt products.
Integrate products into websites, applications, software, and digital services.
Use products in social media content, videos, presentations, marketing materials, and advertisements.
Use products in commercial websites and commercial applications.
Use products in SaaS platforms and online services.
Use products in unlimited end projects.

3. Team Usage

The purchaser may allow employees, contractors, freelancers, or team members to access and use the product when working on the same project owned by the purchaser.

Products may not be shared outside the purchaser’s organization or project team.

Team access does not transfer ownership or individual licensing rights to team members.

4. Modification Rights

You may modify products to suit your specific requirements.

Examples include:

Editing graphics.
Customizing templates.
Modifying source code.
Changing colors, layouts, typography, styles, or content.
Integrating assets into larger projects.

Modified products remain subject to this Agreement.

Modification does not transfer ownership or create new intellectual property rights over the original Vectinger product.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Resell original files.
Redistribute original files.
Share original files publicly.
Upload original files to file-sharing websites or cloud storage services intended for public distribution.
Upload original files to public code repositories.
Upload products to competing marketplaces.
Include original files within another downloadable product.
Sell products as stock resources, templates, asset packs, or competing digital products.
Claim ownership of Vectinger products.
Remove copyright notices where applicable.
Grant sublicenses to third parties.
Use products in any manner that violates applicable laws.

6. Modified Asset Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or commercially distribute modified versions of Vectinger products as standalone assets.

Examples include:

Repackaging modified icon sets for resale.
Selling modified UI kits.
Redistributing edited templates.
Publishing modified code bundles as downloadable products.
Creating derivative asset packs primarily based on Vectinger products.

Modification is permitted only when the resulting work forms part of a larger end product or project.

7. End Product Usage

Products may be incorporated into completed end products including:

Websites
Mobile applications
Desktop software
SaaS platforms
Dashboards
Client deliverables
Marketing campaigns
Educational materials
Business presentations

End products may be sold, distributed, or delivered to clients provided that the original Vectinger files are not separately extractable, downloadable, or redistributed.

8. Free Products

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, free products are licensed for personal use only.

Where a product page specifies a different license, the product-specific license shall prevail.

9. Attribution

Attribution is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

You may voluntarily credit Vectinger, but doing so is not mandatory.

10. Ownership

All copyrights, trademarks, branding, graphics, templates, source code, documentation, designs, and other intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Vectinger unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing or downloading a product grants a license to use the product in accordance with this Agreement. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights.

11. Third-Party Resources

Certain products may include, integrate with, or rely upon third-party software, libraries, frameworks, fonts, APIs, or other resources.

Such third-party resources remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable third-party licenses.

12. Termination

Vectinger reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate licenses if a user:

Violates this Agreement.
Violates the Terms of Use.
Infringes intellectual property rights.
Engages in unauthorized redistribution.
Uses products unlawfully.
Attempts to bypass licensing or download restrictions.

Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement immediately cease, and continued use of the affected products is no longer permitted.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by applicable law, all products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vectinger shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any product, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits, or compatibility issues.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes to This Agreement

Vectinger may modify or update this Licensing Agreement at any time.

The latest version will always be published on the Vectinger website.

Continued use of Vectinger products after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
