Are your products physical or digital?
All products available on Vectinger are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.
Do I need an account to download products?
Yes. An account is required to download both free and purchased products.
Can I access my downloads later?
Yes. Purchased products include lifetime access and can be downloaded again through your account.
Purchasing
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Available payment methods may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other supported payment options.
Will I receive my files immediately after purchase?
Yes. Digital products are available for download immediately after successful payment.
Can I purchase products from outside India?
Free resources are available globally. Paid purchases are currently intended primarily for customers in India.
Do product prices include taxes?
Applicable taxes may be added during checkout where required by law.

No. Purchased files may not be shared publicly or distributed to unrelated third parties.

How many times can I download a product?
Purchased products include lifetime download access through your account.
What happens if I lose my files?
You can download your purchased products again from your account dashboard.
Do you provide support?

How do I report a problem with a product?

Refunds
